Receive one telehealth or telemedicine session every month through HealthPals.co.

Meet remotely with a licensed healthcare provider from the convenience of your home. The visit may be used for an eligible health concern, medication evaluation, follow-up care, or another appropriate telehealth service.

Stated monthly value: $49

The availability and scope of telehealth services may vary according to the patient’s location, medical needs, and applicable law.

Tirzepatide or Semaglutide

Receive one vial of either tirzepatide or semaglutide every month, regardless of the prescribed vial strength available through the program.

Your healthcare provider will determine whether treatment is medically appropriate and will select the medication, dose, and treatment plan based on your individual needs.

Up to $499 monthly value

Medication requires a valid prescription, clinical eligibility, and provider approval. Medication availability, formulation, dosage, and permitted shipping locations may vary.

285+ Pill Pass Medications Included

Ultra Pass members may receive an unlimited number of eligible medications from the current Pill Pass drug list at no additional charge.

The Pill Pass list includes more than 285 commonly prescribed medications. A member who needs several eligible medications may receive them through the same $299 monthly membership.

There is no stated limit on the number of eligible Pill Pass medications a member may receive. Each medication must be:

  • Included on the current Pill Pass list
  • Prescribed for the member by a licensed healthcare provide

B-12 Injections

Receive up to four cyanocobalamin B-12 kits each month.

Each eligible kit may include the prescribed cyanocobalamin medication and applicable administration supplies provided through the program.

B-12 requires a valid prescription and clinical approval. Ultra Pass currently supports appropriate intramuscular or subcutaneous cyanocobalamin use—not oral or intravenous administration.

Free Delivery

Included Ultra Pass medications and eligible supplies are delivered at no additional standard shipping charge.

Delivery makes it easier to receive routine medications and supplies without making an additional trip to the pharmacy.

Free delivery applies to eligible program items shipped using standard delivery. Expedited delivery, special handling, unsuccessful delivery, or other exceptional shipping services may carry additional charges.

$0 Copay on Included Benefits

There is no additional copay for benefits expressly included in the Ultra Pass membership.

Your monthly membership payment covers eligible benefits provided under the current Ultra Pass program terms.

Prescriptions may be issued by an eligible HealthPals.co provider or sent to Pill Pals Pharmacy by another licensed healthcare provider, subject to applicable pharmacy requirements.

No. You must use your Ultra Pass benefits each month or lose it. Benefits such as GLP-1's, B-12, and monthly telemedicine visits cannot be rolled over if you did not use it within your subscription time period. You will be billed every 30 days and the clock resets on your membership with each renewal.
