Pill Pals Pharmacy is part of The Heath Pals Company. The names “Pill Pals”, “Health Pals”, “The Health Pals Company”, etc may be used interchangeably.
INSURANCE
Pill Pals Pharmacy does not accept Health Insurance as a form of payment on this website. If you have Health Insurance, please keep in mind that your insurance may already provide Pharmacy Services at either FREE or reduced cost to you. If this is the case, please check with your Health Insurance provider for more information.
EMPLOYEE / EMPLOYER BENEFITS
We want to help ensure that you do not overpay for Pharmacy services. If you are under an Employer Insurance Plan, your Employer may already provide Pharmacy services to you as part of a group. Please check with your Employer’s Benefits Department for more information prior to purchasing medications from Pill Pals. All medications sales are not refundable. It is your responsibility to determine if you may have Pharmacy services covered through a company other than Pill Pals.

Every brand and product name mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. Brand names are included for informational purposes only.
PRESCRIPTIONS
A valid prescription from a licensed prescriber is required in order to send out prescription (Rx) drugs/meds.
GENERIC DRUG SUBSTITUTION
When appropriate, your medication may be substituted with a generic drug (e.g. DAW = 0). You will be notified if your brand name drug is substituted with a generic drug. If your prescription was written for a generic, we may interchange equivalent generics with each other (e.g. AB Rated by FDA Orange Book).
COMPOUNDED DRUGS
Some medications for sale on this website are compounded. Although they may be produced in FDA licensed facilities, compounded medications are not FDA approved.
