How do I delete my online account?
You can request an account deletion by emailing: [email protected]
Please include the words “account deletion” in the subject line. A team member will call you to process and confirm your deletion. You can also use this email to request that some or all of your data is deleted, if you do not want the entirety of your online account deleted.
Please keep in mind that deleting your online account does not delete your medical / prescription records. We are required by state laws to keep your medical / prescription records for several years. The exact time period ranges and depends upon the state. In some states it could be as few as 2 years. In other states, it could be as long as 10 years. Please call your regional Pill Pals Express Pharmacy for more information as to how long your prescription records are stored.
