What Languages are your services available in?

Both communication / chat services and prescription services are available in over 65 Languages.

FOR CHAT (FOUND WITHIN YOIUR MEMBER PORTAL)

CLICK HERE and scroll down to the page to setup Language Translation Services. You will be able to choose your language from there. All incoming messages will be translated to your language. We support over 65 different languages.

FOR PRESCRIPTION SERVICES

  1. Set your desired language at Registration, when you create a new account. There is an option during registration to set your preferred language. If you do not set your preferred language, you will automatically be set to “English”.
  2. Notify your Pharmacy Team at info@pillpals.co by sending them an email. Within the email, please include your preferred language. You may have to verify your identity in order for the Pharmacy Team to process your request.
