Overview

Amitriptyline hydrochloride tablets are an antidepressant medicine used for the relief of symptoms of depression. The label says endogenous depression is more likely to be alleviated than other depressive states.

Storage Information

Protect the patient's airway, establish an intravenous line and initiate gastric decontamination. Store at 20º to 25ºC (68º to 77ºF); excursions permitted to 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature].
