Overview

Baclofen Tablets USP are a prescription medicine used as a muscle relaxant and antispastic. They are used to help relieve signs and symptoms of spasticity from multiple sclerosis, especially flexor spasms, pain, clonus, and muscular rigidity.

The label also says baclofen may be of some value in people with spinal cord injuries and other spinal cord diseases. It is not indicated for skeletal muscle spasm from rheumatic disorders, and its effectiveness has not been established for stroke, cerebral palsy, or Parkinson’s disease.

Storage Information

Dispense in a well-closed container as defined in the USP, with a child-resistant closure (as required). Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature].
