You are in control. Pause, cancel, or edit your order anytime. No surprises! We will notify you before your order processes, so you can make any changes. You can also skip an order, get an extra order (e.g. vacation supply), or change your schedule.

  • Choose Your Own Schedule - When you sign up for a subscription with us you can choose your own delivery schedule. You choose how often you would like to receive shipments so you won’t have to worry about going on our website and ordering whenever you need a refill on a staple product. Plus, you can pause or reschedule a shipment at any time.

Pill Pals offers Auto-Reorder on most of our products. You can create and view your subscription with these 5 easy steps.

1. Visit the product page for which you would like to start a subscription and choose your option if applicable.

2. Select the “Auto-Reorder" option

3. Schedule a frequency (e.g. every 28 days to every 90 days) then select “Add to Cart”

4. Complete checkout process as a new or existing customer.

5. To edit and view your new subscription, go to My Account ---> Billing ---> Subscriptions & Auto-Reorders

Yes. Your credit card information is protected by highly reputable credit card processing companies such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and WorldPay. We do NOT store your credit card information on our website.

Yes. We will send you an email at least 3 days before your credit card is billed for the next shipment. That gives you an opportunity to pause, cancel, or edit your order. No surprises with our program!

If you have a saved payment method on file, you can find it at My Account ---> Billing ---> Payment Methods On File

If you have a payment method that is attached to your Auto-Reorder Subscription you can edit it by going to My Account ---> Billing ---> Subscriptions & Auto-Reorders. Click on the subscription you are interested in editing. All saved payment methods that are attached to that subscription will be listed there.

 

You can cancel your subscription at any time if you do not like the product. Please note, though, that prescription drugs and over-the-counter (OTC) medications are not returnable.

Yes. You can edit your subscription – including pausing or canceling it – at any time through your customer account My Account ---> Billing ---> Subscriptions & Auto-Reorders.

 

 

Click “LOGIN” on the menu in the top right corner of any page on our website

Login to your customer account.

Upon logging in, Click on Billing ---> Subscriptions & Auto-Reorders

From there, choose the Auto-Reorder Subscription of your choice, and make the desired changes to it.

 

You can add, remove, or change the number of products in your subscriptions in My Account ---> Billing ---> Subscriptions & Auto-Reorders.

Make sure to click “Save" after making any changes to products. If this is not clicked then changes to item(s) quantities will not be saved.

By selecting “Change Frequency" in My Account ---> Billing ---> Subscriptions & Auto-Reorders, you can update the next occurrence (when the subscription Order will process next) for an individual subscription order.

You are able to Pause, Resume (Activate), and Delete subscriptions from My Account ---> Billing ---> Subscriptions & Auto-Reorders If your subscription order has failed to process, then selecting “Renew Now” will continue processing the subscription at the point it failed. For example, if the subscription order fails due to a payment error, then resuming will retry the payment. You can alternatively update the next occurrence to a future date via "Change Frequency".

By selecting “Change Frequency" in My Account ---> Billing ---> Subscriptions & Auto-Reorders, you can update the frequency (cadence) your subscription processes on.

For example, you can update the delivery frequency from “Every 28 days” to “Every 3 Months (90 days)”. Changing the frequency will affect subsequent deliveries that have not processed yet. However, changing the frequency will NOT affect deliveries that have already processed or shipped out.

Step 1 - You can update your billing addresses in My Account ---> Billing ---> Billing & Shipping Addresses.

Step 2 - However, if you need to update your billing address for your saved payment method as well then you will also need to complete additional steps. In order to apply the billing address to saved payment methods (and therefore subscriptions), a new payment method must be added. The old payment method (with the old billing address) should be deleted from My Account ---> Billing ---> Payment Methods on File. A new payment method can then be created (even if it’s the same card information). This new payment method will use the billing address saved in Step 1.

You can update your shipping addresses in My Account ---> Billing ---> Billing & Shipping Addresses.
