Overview

Aspirin Low Dose 81 mg delayed-release tablets are a pain reliever (NSAID) used for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains, or as recommended by a doctor. Because of the delayed action, this product will not provide fast relief of headaches or other symptoms that need immediate relief.

The product contains aspirin 81 mg in each tablet. It is enteric coated and intended to be swallowed with a full glass of water.

Important warnings include the risk of allergic reactions, stomach bleeding, and Reye’s syndrome in children and teenagers who have or are recovering from chicken pox or flu-like symptoms. Ask a health professional before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, and especially avoid use at 20 weeks or later in pregnancy unless directed by a doctor.
