Overview

Ergocalciferol Capsules, USP contain vitamin D2 and are a synthetic calcium regulator for oral use. Each capsule contains 1.25 mg, equal to 50,000 International Units of vitamin D.

This medicine is indicated for treatment of hypoparathyroidism, refractory rickets (also called vitamin D resistant rickets), and familial hypophosphatemia.
